David Stewart Mead 

January 1, 1936 - April 7, 2024

David passed away peacefully, with his daughters by his side, on April 7, 2024 after an unexpected admittance on the evening of April 6, 2024 to Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Palliative Unit. 

Loving father to Jenny (Frank), Kent (Yvonne) and Sarah (Jeff). 

Grandfather to Craig, Adam (Leanne), Scott (Leisha), Matt (Kaylea), Joshua, Matthew (Kim), Brent (Cassie), Brad (Tori).

Great grandfather to Amelia, Piper, Stephan, Jakob, Declan, Vance, Wren, Paisley, Esme and baby boy Mead, due May 2024.

Will be missed by his dear friend and coffee buddy, Bob Stewart. 

Dad had many interests including bee keeping, solar power, cooking, gardening and always wanting to learn something new. He enjoyed nothing more than a good visit and a "party" meal. 

Celebration of Life will be held on April 13, 2024, 1pm to 3pm at the Peterborough Armories - 220 Murray St.
