Dianne Marie Jeanne (Beauvais) Holmes

Dianne Marie Jeanne Holmes (Beauvais) passed away peacefully at Fairhaven LTC Tuesday, June 15^th with her youngest daughter Shelly Forestell and twin sister Denise Swinson by her side after a long battle with Alzheimer’s at the age of 73.

Born in Peterborough, Dianne was the daughter of the late Maurice and Rita Beauvais. She is survived by three big brothers, Guy (Louise) Beauvais, Ray (Carol) Beauvais and Jerry (Donna) Beauvais, her big sister Paulette Heard and her twin sister Denise Swinson, She joins her brother, Roger Beauvais.

Dianne was a loving mother to Deborah (Steve) Hart, Shelly Forestell, Larry (Iris) Holmes and Shane Holmes. She will be missed dearly by her grandchildren, Natasha (Patrick) Assinck, Devin Schaefer, Mitchell Scott, Ryan Holmes, Alexander Holmes and Kinu Holmes. Also 2 great grandchildern Mackenzie and Augustus Assinck. 

Dianne loved Elvis Presley, Tiger Woods, her dogs Pepper & Sammie, books by James Patterson and Dean Koontz, baking and board/card games with family. Christmas was her favourite time of year!

A private service will be held this Saturday June 19^th 2021 at 1:30 PM. Due to Covid and restricted numbers a zoom link will be listed below for those who wish to join and may watch.

Donations to Alzheimer’s Peterborough would be greatly appreciated by the family.
