Eldon 'El' Wildman

WILDMAN, Eldon ‘El’: Peacefully at Hospice Peterborough on Monday, March 29, 2021 in his 90th year. El, beloved life long partner and best friend of Lainie. Predeceased by his daughter Alana Falls, his son Marty, and his brother Lee. Survived by his sister Hilda Cunningham (Wib, predeceased), and his sister-in-law Cora Wildman. El will be missed by his nieces , nephews, cousins, neighbours and friends. Son of the late Albert Wildman and May Newell. El served with The Canadian Army – R.C.A.F and R.C.N. He owned and operated El’s barbershop before being employed by the City of Peterborough  where he retired from the Transit Department as Supervisor. A member of the K.V.A. last office – Sgt.-At-Arms, Past Noble Grand I.O.O.F. Millbrook. He served on the Board of Directors for the City of Peterborough Employees Credit Union, and was a life member and Past President of Lakefield Legion. A Private Graveside Service will take place in Little Lake Cemetery in the future. In his memory, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
