At the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Ronald. beloved mother of Pat Hoover (Gary), Mike Hamilton (Margaret), Paul Hamilton (Anne), Ron Foster (Laura), the late Rory Foster (Jo-Ann) and step-mother of Bambi Cochrane (Steve). Sadly missed by her cherished grandchildren and great grandchildren. There will be a graveside service held at Little Lake Cemetery on Monday, September 14, 2020 at 11:00 am. In memory of Irene donations to the Peterborough Down Syndrome Association
