Passed away at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Saturday August 13th after a brave battle with cancer. Beloved son of Jerry and Beverly(Babe) Carter. Brother of Steve Carter(Susan) and Nancy Carter. Dear Uncle of Chlöe Carter, Jenna Condon and Paul Carter. Long time best friend to Clarence Downey(Carol).
