John Andrew Nadeau

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of John Nadeau unexpectedly on Saturday, February 21 at the age of 79. Beloved husband of Linda (née Dorrington). Loving father of Shelly (Corey), Sheri (Tommy) and Andrew. Proud grandfather of Taylor (Bradley), Amie (Owen) and William and great grandfather to Rosalee, Adalynn, Kayden, Damon and Carmyn.  Predeceased by parents, John and Alzire Nadeau.  Dear brother of Faye (late), William, Anne, Neil, Mike, Mary, Peter (late), Paul, David, Sue (late), Cathy and Daniel. Will fondly be remembered by many friends and relatives. John worked many years at Nadeau’s Collision alongside his brothers Neil, Mike and Paul. John was known in his neighbourhood as the helpful neighbour. John loved his long walks and golfing with his brother, Mike. A memorial service will be held at Highland Park Funeral Centre, 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough on Wednesday, March 4, visiting at 12:00 pm, service at 1:00 pm followed by reception. In leu of flowers donations may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
