Obituary for Karen DeNoble
“Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near, so loved, so missed, so very dear”
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beautiful Karen, who died suddenly and unexpectedly on Sunday November 15th, 2020.
Karen leaves behind her sisters Stephanie (Art) and Julie (Kevin), her beloved nieces Holly, Lorraine and Samantha and her cherished nephew Matthew along with the many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends that meant so much to her.
Karen was predeceased by her parents Maureen and Gerard and her precious baby girl Savanna.
Karen was the most exuberant person you could ever meet. She burst through life with an energy that left a lasting impression on everyone she encountered. Full of stories, songs, laughs, love and spice; she was not afraid to take chances, speak her mind and get everything she could out of every moment. Karen loved her family and friends and the time she spent with them making memories that carried her through her days. Her passion and zest will not be forgotten and the silence she leaves behind will linger heavy in our hearts forever.
Karen’s sisters would like to thank the staff in the ER at PRHC for their kind compassion in our darkest hour. We would also like to thank Dr. Jane Purvis for the many years of care and Dr. Katarina Pavinski for keeping Karen with us the last 4 years. And we are overwhelmed with appreciation for the love, support and incredible kind words that are pouring in for us! We cannot express how much this means.
A private burial service will take place Friday November 20, 2020 at 11:00am. Due to Covid-19 we are saddened to limit attendance, but a Celebration of Life will be planned in the future for all.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Shared Dreams for Independent Living - an organization that Karen held dear to her heart.
