Foster Laurie Howard,

April 18, 1954- January 30, 2023

After a courageous battle with cancer, Laurie passed away peacefully at home with family at his side on Monday, January 30, 2023. Loving husband to Sharon Foster of 41yrs. Loving Father to Stephanie Foster and Eric Foster (Tammy).   Old Boy to Isaac Brown, Felix, Shawn, Philip and Destiny Foster.  Laurie never liked to be called Grandpa; he preferred Old Boy.  Son to the late Allan and Sheila Foster.  Sadly missed by his siblings the late Olive Brown (Charlie), Philip Foster (Judy), Janine Lynch (Michael), the late Daniel Foster (Marilyn).  Laurie will be missed by many Nieces and Nephews and Extended family.  In keeping with Laurie’s wishes, Cremation has taken place, Friends will be received at THE SALVATION ARMY TEMPLE 219 Simcoe Street Peterborough on Saturday, February 11, 2023 from 10:00-11:00 AM.  Memorial Service will follow at 11:00 AM.  Reception will be held in the Church following the service. In lieu of flowers  Donations to the Peterborough Salvation Army or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough. Special Thank you to Dr J.
