COOKE, Norma Mary Victoria (nee Cain) (former Peterborough Examiner Employee)
Peacefully at Princess Gardens on Sunday, August 2, 2026 in her 100th year. Loving wife of the late Ernest Albert Cooke (retired OMC). Loving mother of Ralph Cooke and his wife Sharlene, Murray Cooke, and Lynn D’Ercole and her husband Marco. Cherished grandmother of Kimberly Cooke, Valerie Grills and her husband Gord, Bridgette D’Ercole, Marc Ezio D’Ercole and great grandmother of Amy and Weston. Predeceased by her sister Ora Freeburn. Friends will be received at NORTHMINSTER UNITED CHURCH 300 Sunset Blvd., Peterborough on Friday, August 7, 2026 from 10:00-11:00 AM. Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 AM. Interment Little Lake Cemetery. Reception to follow in the Highland Park Funeral Centre. In memory of Norma, donation to the Northminister United Church or Lakefield Animal Welfare Society, would be appreciated by the family.
