Flower Planting & Maintenance Program
Every year we offer the Flower Planting and Maintenance Program to our families.
The flower planting and maintenance program provides a unique opportunity to pay tribute to the memories of family and friends. Flower vases and gardens add to the visual beauty of the cemetery and greatly enhance the visit for those who come to pay their respects.
If your lot is a flat marker lot, a flower vase can be placed on the grave. For a monument lot, a flower bed can be placed immediately in front of the monument. The flower planting and placement of the vases are completed by Father's Day and are watered and maintained throughout the summer and into September.
The flower program is unique and it helps to add so much to the beauty of our cemeteries. For those families interested in the program, please note that the cemetery office should receive all orders and monies by May 20th.

We are pleased to advise that we are able to provide our program at a very reasonable cost once again, with additional methods of payment and multiple year options available (see enclosed).
Here is what is included in our annual flower planting/maintenance program:
Flower Vases: Vases are placed on interment spaces with flat marker memorials. A new soil mixture is prepared each year, and the flowers are planted on or about the 24th of May. Vases are set on grave spaces by Father’s Day and are watered and maintained throughout the summer into September by our grounds-keeping staff. First year enrolment also includes the provision of the vase.
Flower Beds: Flower Beds are planted on interment spaces which have an upright monument. These beds are prepared with a compost & soil mixture beginning in early May, with flowers planted in late May/early June. Our grounds-keeping staff water and maintain the beds throughout the summer months into September. First year enrolment also includes the initial digging and preparation of the bed.
